At the 10th international Jochpass Memorial between October 9th and 12th nostalgia met sporting challenge: 160 vintage cars as well as 30 motorcycles started at Bad Hindelang for a race to the Oberjoch. The participants from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and the Netherlands had to drive 7 kilometres with 400 m difference in altitude and 105 turnings. A large crowd attended the nostalgic event thanks to wonderful weather.   

Traditionally the Romantik Hotels & Restaurants supported the yearly motorsports event as sponsor. After all the southernmost German Romantik Hotel, the Romantik Hotel Sonne, is to be found here. More than 400 years of tradition and hospitality are hidden behind the thick walls. Formerly it was an inn and an ale-house for salt dealers on their way across the Jochpass. Today guests from near and far enjoy the personal atmosphere, the unstrained sociability and the beautiful wellness area. Among the latest additions to this Romantik Hotel are another "Himmelreich"-room with four poster bed and balcony with a view to the mountains as well as the Alpine Spa Suite.
